After our long trip to Indiana at the beginning of November, we felt we should stay at home for Thanksgiving. Some dear friends (who are also in the military) invited us to their home for dinner, so we split up cooking the meal with them and a few other families. It was a nice celebration and non-stressful beginning to the holiday season. Over the same weekend, Dwayne helped organize a paintball activity on the base for the young men and fathers at church. The base has a big paintball course and good prices, and I think everyone had a great time.

This home we're renting has treated us well overall, but the outdoor irrigation systems (front and back) have had several leaks and other issues. Some have required a plumber to repair, but this was a minor one that Dwayne was able to take care of with a little help from Stuart.
